As we grapple with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and its implications, we hope you and your families are remaining healthy and safe during this time. We know that the safety and well-being of our employees and clients continues to be our top priority therefore, we are continuing to actively monitor COVID-19 and are taking all reasonable and precautionary measures.  Currently, our wedding coordination and event decor business is up and running with the addition of the safety precautions as recommended by the CDC.  ​​

Wedding Coordination Services

Day of Coordination Includes:

  • Unlimited communication through email, texts and phone calls.

  • Team of 2 coordinators (3 for over 200 guests)

  • Bride and Groom Assistance

  • Detailed Day of Schedule (Timeline)

  • Contract review of vendors

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Ceremony & Reception Management

  • Organization and Coordination of all vendors

  • 10-hour day

  • Set up and tear-down of small décor and favors (nothing over 10 lbs.)

  • Meet once prior to the wedding (additional meetings $100/a day)

  • Wedding rehearsal not included (extra $100/hr., minimum of 2 hours)

  • Travel fee of $50 if more than 30 miles of Northridge

 

50 guests or fewer - $599

51-100 guests - $899

101-150  guests - $999

150-200 guests - $1199

201 – 300 guests - $1499
